M-Power Elite is a school-based football development programme committed to unlocking the potential of young people through sport. Our structured approach blends professional coaching, mentorship, and life skills development to create well-rounded learners prepared for success in sport, academics, and life.
Led by Tlhogi Letshwene, a Varsity Cup alumnus and SAFA-licensed coach with extensive experience in education and sports coordination, the programme is supported by a team of qualified coaches and strategic partners across the football ecosystem.
We work closely with schools, local football clubs, universities, and regional associations to create meaningful opportunities for every player.
